Hide Bloop from the end-user

As much as I appreciate Bloop and the compilation performance it offers, as an end-user of an IDE I'd love not to know about it. That is, ideally, this should be an implementation detail, fully managed by Metals (or scala CLI, or whatever other component it is used by).

This comes from the following message which caused some confusion after updating Metals (I have no idea if and how I installed Bloop, I don't think I did ;) ).
