Y26-029 - Update the `labware_type` of library assets

User story

As developers, we need the library assets in MLWH have a unique labware_type records to help distinguish from existing stock records - e.g. LibraryTube, MultiplexedLibraryTube, LibraryPlate, LibraryPlateWell, etc.

This is an extension from #5382.

Note that this development is only for new assets.

• New library assets published to MLWH should have a unique type in stock_resources table records.
