Would really appreciate an update on this. When prompted to select a market area to place a device in, the map and text pop up, but no ISOs present themselves to be selected by the user.

I believe these are two different issues. For kirankumarashokpatil it looks like the issue may be that GLPK is not installed on your system. Please try following these steps:
Download GLPK:

https://sourceforge.net/projects/winglpk/

Extract the Downloaded File:

Right-click the downloaded Zip folder and select Extract All....
Follow the prompts to extract the contents.
Move the extracted glpk-4.65 folder from your Downloads folder to your C: drive.

Locate the GLPK Folder:

Navigate to C:\glpk-4.65 in Windows Explorer.
Open the w64 folder and copy the file path (it should be C:\glpk-4.65\w64) or something similar (C:\glpk\glpk-4.65\w64).

Set Environment Variables:

Open the Control Panel and go to System and Security > System > Advanced system settings > Environment Variables.
In the top window, find and select Path, then click Edit and New.
Paste the copied file path and save your changes.

After following these steps please try opening a new terminal session and running QuESt again.

For tdb1003 it sounds like you may need to use the data manager first to download an ISO before running the evaluation model so that list can be populated.
