About, Help, Contacts Links Not Working on IR Theme

Descriptive summary

We are running Hyku version 6 with all main commits up to the latest, 69b3e60.

On the Institutional Repository Theme, the links for About, Help and Contacts at the top of the home page result in the same error.

When I hover over each of them, it looks like the links are correct. This is taken from the bottom of the browser while I hover over the About text:

Rationale

These three links work in the other themes, but not this one. As Hyku is primarily an institutional repository, users and those considering Hyku will definitely want to see this theme working correctly.

Expected behavior

The links go to the correct pages, as in the other themes

Actual behavior

The links result in error pages (see above)

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Open https://peterson2.demo6.hyku.amigos.org/ (I will leave it on the IR theme for a few days)
2. Click on any of the About, Help or Contact links
