STORY
As an implementer, I would like to know how to create content for the 'help' page, so that users can discover how to get help with my repository.

DETAILS

ACCEPTANCE

  1. There is an entry in the Operations Guide explaining how to do this
  2. Some one who didn't write the entry tests it
