Drop support for Node.js 18 when it goes end of life #204

Node.js 18 goes end of life in 11 months at the time of writing this.
After it goes end of life, HSM will support Node.js 18 for one more version but will print a warning to tell users to upgrade their Node.js version to 22 in preparation of the next HSM update.

this has already been implemented for Node.js 21 in 77876bf
