Importing CSS

Hi

Great video player, just wondering what I missing here...

I'm using tailwind, in my tailwind.css file I'm importing plyr.css like this

@layer base {
  @import "~plyr/dist/plyr.css";
}

It works, except the background of the large play icon is missing. The white triangle is visible, and when I hover over it, a blue background is shown.

If I remove that, and use the CDN

<link rel="stylesheet" href="https://cdn.plyr.io/3.7.8/plyr.css" />

The large play icon works as expected?

What am I missing? How come using @import doesn't work the same as linking to the stylesheet?
