目前各浏览器的实现都是：

根据用户设定的方言不同，抛出的 JavaScript 异常消息也会被本地化。
不同浏览器对于同一个异常抛出的消息不同。

而实际上，这种本地化和差异化可以说并非有必要，甚至是有害的。这导致 JavaScript 异常很难被统一进行统计，尤其是针对国际化市场的网站。

是否可以推进 w3c 组织来规范化 JavaScript 异常，让每个异常都是统一一致的。
