The segmentation mask overlayed on the image is gray not colored #86
Description
Hello,
I cloned the repo and for the purpose of testing i ran the python command: python VisualizeResults.py --p 2 --q 3 to see the segmented output. The output is in gray scale not colored although the colored arg is True and the overlay is True.
The cv2.imwrite() for the colored and overlayed options are not working.
