Allow more freedom to choose colors for accessibility

I used to use the "protanopia & deuteranopia" theme before the recent update. Now I find that this theme doesn't have any utility for me as a colorblind. In fact I can't even manually adjust the colors to resemble what it used to look like, the feature of "adapting the colors to fit the new design" always ruins it. I can't set a vibrant yellow for example. Utility and accessibility is more important than assuring colors "harmonize".
