Feature request: visibly different crates.io pages for [[bin]]-only and [[bin]]-containing crates.

For crates containing cargo installable binary, crates.io should show cargo install command line.

For crates that can't be used as a library at all (binary-only), Cargo.toml snippet should not be visible.
