Support Trivy with Finch #1444

What is the problem you're trying to solve?.
Currently finch is not able to support all API calls needed to support trivy.
Error:
* docker error: unable to get history (.dkr.ecr.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/soci-test:latest): request returned 405 Method Not Allowed for API route and version http://%2FApplications%2FFinch%2Flima%2Fdata%2Ffinch%2Fsock%2Ffinch.sock/v1.43/images/.dkr.ecr.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/soci-test:latest/history, check if the server supports the requested API version
