It would be nice if the fetch script was able to use a cache directory somewhere. Many package managers will cache vendor files in a .packagemanager/vendor/file.name style.

This is useful to me as it saves me time when I want to rebuild from scratch.

It resolves things for nginx, but none of the other packages. Let's keep this issue open until there's a global solution.
