[BUG]: Making a Correction to a Purchase Does Not Correctly Change Item Location #5476

Current Behavior

Currently, when a user creates a purchase, then goes back to edit the location (make a correction) of the quantity of items in the purchase, the items are not correctly moved over to the new location. They remain in the original location added to the purchase.

Expected Behavior

The item quantity that were attempted to be moved to the new location during a correction to the purchase, should be seen in that new location. You can verify this on the inventory page.

Steps To Reproduce

Env: Staging

  1. create a new purchase
  2. Set location to Pawnee Main Bank and add 20 Adult Incontinence Kits
  3. click on 'View 'on the main purchases table
  4. click on 'Make a correction' button
  5. Edit the location to Bulk Storage Location
  6. Navigate to Inventory, Items and Inventory
  7. Click on Items, Quantity, and Location tab
  8. Notice that the quantity of items for Adult Incontinence Kit was not moved over to Bulk Storage Location
