Hi, unless I'm mistaken, the current file provided in misc/xorg.conf won't enable the full touchpad support: it seems it'll work as a pointer. As a consequence, all multi-touch gestures are not supported.
As an added disconvenience, the sensibility of the touchpad will then be managed by the pointer settings in ubuntu for instance, and might not match at all the settings for another USB mouse. Forcing you to resort to scripts and things to get a proper Mouse and Trackpad setting.

We don't get the TouchPad section.
