There are multiple issues with the "share" button, by which I mean this button in the upper-right corner of the fullscreen image view:

share

  • When running locally (with python3 -m http.server) it doesn't show up
  • Clicking it opens a superfluous menu with a single option "Download"
  • On mobile it requires superhuman dexterity to successfully click it

Instead of the "Share menu", I would much rather have a single "Download" button that directly links to the highest-resolution version of the current image.
