The "Rules" link bottom of the page https://www.rsyslog.com/download/files/windows-agent-manual/configuringmonitorwareagent.html is dead. The destination page just says "Page not found" now, and I successfully read the contents via internet archive. Currently http://www.monitorware.com/common/en/concepts/rules-mwa12.php seems to be the correct destination page. Would the link to be fixed?
