Plain separation of internal and external API methods

This would solve a problem with the tracing plugin and several other plugins.
And would better hide the internal structure.

This should be done with the next major version 1.1.0. I think it can be done rather easily because internally ComponentJS already has two APIs: an imternal and external one.
