Itinerary is currently a list of items. it will be far more useful to see a calendar view

Or Kanban view (would need to add duration to activities).

I did think about this but the biggest challenge is showing an event that can span multiple timezones. I tried to do this for my international travel but honestly it confused me more than it helped.
