RET Install Failing with rocm-profiler not found

I am unable to complete ROCm install using RET on fresh images of Ubuntu 1804. Here is the error log:

Affected are both rocm-profiler and cxlactivitylogger. According to the following ticket, it seems to have been removed a while ago? ROCm/ROCm#849
