The styling of the metadata block is somewhat confusing. It is styled as a table but cannot be navigated as such, so the "column headers" are confusing. It relies on visual alignment of authors and affiliations. There are sometimes unnecessary blank lines between the column headers and the cell text. Consider an alternative formatting, perhaps a styled definition list, or at least formatting the authors and affiliations differently. You might use a table just for the authors and affiliations, or combine them in one "column" so the mapping between authors and affiliations is clear.
