For the purpose of this issue would be to create a playbook, that deploys metrics store on ViaQ in 1 machine, set appropriate config file in engine, and connects engine to metrics store.

Have an issue currently which is specific to ViaQ installation. As discussed with @StLuke , opened an issue giving details of the problem being faced here ViaQ/Main#12
