Charges are Ignored on Attached Pseudo-Elements

Atom properties appear to be ignored when collecting atoms that get grouped into an "attached pseudo-element" in compact drawing mode.  This can result in things like charges getting lost:

```

Alternatively, this may just be a rendering bug?
