Provide additional information/recommendations for production usage

It would be helpful for our users to provide additional information/recommendations for how to deploy Restate in production. For example, the Restate server Linux MUSL binaries seem to perform noticeably worse than the builds against libc. Hence, users should either use the Docker images or build Restate themselves linked against libc since we only provide Linux binaries linked against MUSL. Conversely, the MUSL builds should be used primarily for development purposes.
