Add ability to navigate to Feature file from Tests panel

This issue was originally created on the SpecFlow.Rider repo so I'm recreating it here.

That would be really nice to be able to select a test in the Tests panel and hit F12 or F4 (Jump to Source) to be positioned on the Scenario title in the corresponding .feature file.

It actually does this, but it is inconsistent. AFAIK it only works after completing a test run.
Having work always would be nice.

I think it works only for failed tests right now
