Melzi xmas huxley, with printrun-win-Mar2012-slic3r freezes and doesnt print

it heats up the nozzle and doesn't start printing.

I'm not running linux so was unable to follow the readme 100% I've assumed the make file isnt needed if you compile using the arduino program first using verify.

am i wrong, or is this a problem with printrun..
