Describe the proposed change(s).

Today when clicking on "Mend-hosted Apps" on the sidebar, you get taken to the "App secrets" page (https://docs.renovatebot.com/mend-hosted/app-secrets/) which can be a little confusing.

We should add an "Overview" type of page first so describe why this subsection exists (to clarify differences in Mend App behavior) plus links to the sub pages
