windows defender is marking 'Wacatac.B!ml' file as a trojan

When Updating to version 5.0.1, the windows defender is removing the 'Wacatac.B!ml' file as claims that its a trojan.
What is this file used for and is there anyway to avoid this?

5.0.0 appears to work without issue, just getting the message on 5.0.1
