The original source code is coding by Shift-JS, which the annotation is messy code in my Visual Studio but it can be compiled normally.
Then I transform source code from Shift-JS to UTF-8 by Visual Studio Code, after that the messy code disappeared but can not be compiled in Visual Studio 2017
