Allow distinguishing past tense and present tense verbs #83

It is often interesting to distinguish verbs that are framed in the present tense:

High taxes reduce employment

rather than the past tense:

High taxes caused the Great Depression.

or even future tense:

High taxes will reduce employment

It would make sense to add in tense information to the verbs in a customizable way.
