Improve usability of relatio by linking entities to WikiData ID's, as feasible,

This would also improve entity clustering (for both named entities and clustered entities) using wikidata aliases

Phrases that resolve to the same Wikipedia/WikiData page should be in the same cluster (e.g. "President Obama" and "Barack Obama")
