Default page is undeployable for "hobby" plan

Describe the bug
The default starting page after a project is initialized with reflex init can not be deployed with the hobby plan. Running reflex deploy will complain that more ram is required.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• create account with the hobby plan
• init new project
• try to deploy

Expected behavior
I would assume that at least the default template could be deployed with the hobby plan.
