Link generation/correction

When aggregating .md files relative links are broken -- for example, if linking to a file in the repo that is not being included in the framework website build, i.e. all except .md files. Also, links to .md files need to be rewritten.

One solution could be to design a function to prepare links and use it somehow when processing the .md to .html
