Apache Hudi Destination

Hi, I am currently considering different stream processing engines that work with NATS Jetstreams as a source, however I would really like to stream data into Hudi tables on AWS S3 (data lakehouse). For context, Hudi is basically stored as parquet files along with metadata to enable ACID level transactions, along with faster querying; other similar technologies are Apache Iceberg and Delta Lake.
