Different icon in catalog vs installed

I know most people aren't going to notice :) , but I noticed the icon for this extension (and the authentication extension) is a bit smaller than others, and then I noticed that the icon changes when you install it:

Installed:

At a minimum we should make these match so that if/when we add automation someone else won't question why it is changing. Personally I prefer without the background - although it looks nice, it makes the icon look small and stand out less than Podman, sandbox, minikube, etc.
