debugging-sos-lldb-via-core fail against .NET 9

I assume this issue will solve itself when Microsoft provides dotnet-sos/dotnet-monitor packages on nuget.org for .NET 9 as part of preview releases.

Opening the issue for awareness.

I don't plan to disable the tests for now, as there are only 2, and I like the reminder.
If it's an issue for someone else, we can skip them.

Maybe we can find the repo where the in-development nuget packages are published to and use that as a source when running these tests?

Adding nuget sources adds some complexity, and also a risk that we end up using the wrong packages at some point.
I expect/hope the issue solves itself with one of the the early .NET 9 preview releases.

Now that preview1 is out, the dotnet-monitor test is working.

debugging-sos-lldb-via-core not yet because the latest dotnet-sos doesn't directly work on .NET 9 yet.
