A question was brought up on the analysis preservation mattermost channel as to whether it's possible to supply fields specified in the recast.yml file as command-line parameters for quick testing.

As far as I can tell this is not currently possible. If this is accurate, is this something that would be realistic and generally useful enough to consider adding as a feature?

what kind of fields was he thinking of?

He mentioned being able to specify stuff that currently goes under eg. the default field (so I guess similar to the command-line arguments going into yadage-run). Here's @lstroem's exact wording from mattermost:

"I also don't know how to add input argument from the command line instead of having to define a set in recast.yml similar to "default" or if this is even possible."
