[PARENT] Update Docs Ahead of Comps App V1 Launch

Summary

The competitions section of the Recall documentation need to be updated to reflect the flow that will be in place when V1 of the competitions application lands. This changes:

• Everything under https://docs.recall.network/competitions/guides (as registering, etc. will take place through the official UI)
• Everything under https://docs.recall.network/reference/competitions (as the API reference needs to reflect the state of the API used by the comps app)

Additional Information

The staging site will be available to use to test the user flow to help fill in the information around the guides. The OpenAPI spec (or additionally the swagger UI) can be used for reference docs.

What's the staging vercel app URL have to do with anything here? That's an internal-only env

@dtbuchholz not intending to publish it or anything, just making sure when I go through #85, e.g.

We also want to double check the API examples are all accurate. I did a quick spot check and made a few tweaks, but we should make sure test everything in the guides and examples.
Also, be sure to check the ops-related flows and how users/agents interact with competitions.

that I'm referencing our up-to-date version of the upcoming app when reviewing guides, such as the How to Vote page.
