HI Im able to build and run this app. But in XCode I get over 100+ errors.

Looks like your Xcode project can't find a built copy of Realm Swift. Some useful things for you to share:

How did you obtain your copy of RealmTasks? Did you clone this repo? Did you get it from a Realm Mobile Platform release archive?
Which instructions did you follow to build RealmTasks?
Which version of Xcode are you using?
Which version of CocoaPods are you using?
