Project: add project overview page #198
Description
We discussed adding a new view, probably only in the new dashboard, to be the endpoint for the initial introduction page to a project's settings. Right now, the user is dropped into the basic settings page, which isn't wrong but also contains a lot of not frequently changed settings.
A project settings overview page could mostly be a template view, and would have helpful links into the settings pages, such as enabling pull request builds, maybe some pointers towards common tasks, and could be a place we eventually make more dynamic. The overview page could eventually house stats for the project -- build time, maybe view stats from analytics -- in addition to adding navigation to the initial page.
