[DMP Review] the number of open tasks should be visible on the project overview page

Rationale / Begründung

In the projects overview page, the user should be able to see the number of open tasks (recommendations) in a project,
e.g. a badge containing the number of open tasks.
The icon should be positioned next to the progress information in the same column.
