Many plays marked "SCORED" don't have the 'scored' tag

Hello Radsec,

Thank you for writing these playbooks. I noticed that there are quite a few plays that have 'SCORED' in their name, that lack the actual 'scored' tag. As a result, when I run the playbook with the 'scored' tag, it seems that quite a lot gets left out. It seems that the last play with the scored tag is 2.2.19.

Hmm, there was an issue at one time where I moved away from using tags due to tag inheritance problems. This could be easily restored soon.
