Your logs suggest you've kept the example streamer names in your run.py file. Streamer streamer-username03 does not exist, just delete all of items in the twitch_miner.mine list that are part of the example and you should be good.

As far as the open ports issue goes, looks like that's coming from render which isn't officially supported here. However, there are some relevant issues: #606 and #692 at least. Hopefully you can find the answers either there or in the render documentation.
