The questions came from somewhere out there. They are horrible and need fixing.

The clues use asterisks for each unknown character, but you can't tell
when it's a literal and when it's a clue. Also, in a random sample of
19 removed questions, none of them should have ad an asterisk in the
answer.

Issue rawsonj#7 stupid questions need editing bad.

Broken questions are broken. Kill them with fire.

This commit deletes all lines that ended with spaces. This seems to bear a
striking correlation to the lines which made it into the question db by the
rogue nonsense-generator.

edunham did an awesome job killing a lot of these, but I noticed that not all of the bad questions are gone, so I'll leave the issue open.

While an editor is an ideal solution, I think there's a faster way. Add a player feedback mechanism, so players can report stupid questions, and then get one or more admins to send you the list of reported questions.

A list of questions with guesses and no correct answers might be reasonable too.

Such a mechanism will incur a lot of overhead. Not saying it's not do-able, but doing it well has costs.
