We want the Cluster Explorer side nav to keep its state throughout the user navigation, instead of resetting and collapsing all sections by default when clicking on an item.
This could lead to scenarios where too many sections are deployed and closing them one by one could be annoying, so we'll add a "Collapse all" button to avoid it.
Remove the Cluster Tools button rancher/dashboard#10034
Move the version/commit label to the current "About" link in the Apps Bar (there is no issue for this)
