Group by Cluster with namespace label

Context
We have included the option to Group by Cluster in Machine Sets and Machine Deployments. This requires customisation of the grouping feature because there can be clusters with the same name in different namespaces.

Solution
We're adding the namespace to the Group tab as a sub-label so users can distinguish between clusters.
