Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The Networks dropdown should be auto-reloaded when it is opened, the same way as it is already done for the Image Volume dropdown box.
This makes it easier to create a new network if necessary in a second browser tab and continue working in the previous tab without the need to reload the page to get the latest networks listed in the dropdown.

Describe the solution you'd like
Reload the dropdown content when the list is opened.

Describe alternatives you've considered
