Add parameters table to HTML report for better backtesting parameter tracking #472

Hello @ranaroussi,

During my routine backtesting tasks, I noticed that it can sometimes be challenging to keep track of which report corresponds to specific parameters, especially when dealing with numerous variables. Inspired by the quantstats derivative project, quantstats_lumi, I took the initiative to enhance the qs.reports.html method by adding a "parameters" argument. This new feature accepts a dictionary and displays it in a table format within the HTML report, conveniently placed right after the "Worst 10 Drawdowns" section. I believe this addition could be valuable to others facing similar difficulties.

I have submitted a pull request for this enhancement. At your convenience, I would greatly appreciate it if you could review it, and if it meets your expectations, kindly consider merging it. Thank you very much for your time and consideration!
