[Feature Request] Add API for backend integration with FastAPI #8

For those of us who develop mostly backend code, it would be nice to have this for the UI, similar to how
https://github.com/Buuntu/fastapi-react
and
https://github.com/tiangolo/full-stack-fastapi-postgresql
use react and vueJS.
