Fail to do fine manual pairwise alignment #82
Description
Doing everything according to the GUI, until generating the keypoints.json file, after using "apply_transform" openst's command, I wish to reopen it with the openst manual_aligner_gui to check if it worked.
Unfortunately, it ruins everything including the coarse alignment.
Do you have any idea how to solve this issue?
